Warm welcome

Once you enter the clean lobby you will be greeted by one of our front staff members with big smile. Weight check and microchip scan then you will be escorted to one of the exam rooms.

Lifestyle and Vitals

Our passionate and caring veterinary technician will gather information to get to know your pet and her/his lifestyle. Share brief reason(s) and your concern(s) for the visit. Vitals will be taken.

History taking

Detailed medical history will be collected with Dr Lim and our technician together. This is one of the critical steps to evaluate your pet’s overall health condition and find the reason for your pet’s illness or hidden signs of pain or underlying reason for any particular behavior of your pet.

Through physical examination

Dr Lim will start a thorough physical examination which is another important part to get closer to proper diagnosis and treatment. She will be reviewing the findings as she does the examination. Many times we can find the hidden signs of illness or painful area early before showing any
symptoms of disease.

Diagnostic test(s) and result review

Dr Lim will determine diagnostic test(s) for diagnosis and proper treatment. Result will be
discussed at the end of the test(s) on the same day if available or will be delivered over the
phone or via email if appropriate.

Treatment

Medications, diet, supplements, laser therapy, surgical treatment etc will be reviewed with you and make the decision together.

You are always welcome to ask any questions during the visit. You can call us or email us if
there were any questions unanswered during the visit.
